CityVero Launches Verified Local Directory for Eight Central New Jersey Towns
Manalapan-based platform offers hand-vetted vendor listings, free community access, and a founding charter program for the first ten verified businesses
MANALAPAN, NJ — CityVero, a verified local directory serving eight Central New Jersey towns, launched today with curated vendor listings, free access for residents, and a founding member program limited to ten charter vendors.
The platform covers Manalapan, Marlboro, Freehold, Monroe, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Howell, and Jackson — towns spanning Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean Counties along the Route 9 and New Jersey Turnpike corridors. The directory launches with verified vendors across eleven categories, every youth sports league in the eight towns, and editorial coverage of township government, school districts, and civic institutions.
CityVero distinguishes itself from review-aggregation platforms like Yelp and Google by hand-verifying every business before listing. The platform’s verification rubric — published openly at cityvero.com/verification — confirms business existence, professional credentials, and standards before any vendor appears in the directory. Listings rejected during verification are not published.

The platform is permanently free for residents, youth sports leagues, township government, schools, EMS, fire, police, and libraries. Private businesses pay tiered pricing — $97 per year for Local listings, $1,297 for three years on the Standard tier, and $997 one-time for the Founding Charter, capped at ten members. The Founding Charter currently has two spots remaining.
CityVero also offers a partnership program for real estate professionals, who can distribute branded “CityVero Keys” — NFC-enabled cards — to clients at closing. Activated keys deliver a personalized arrival guide for the new homeowner’s town. Realtor tiers begin at $0 per year for the Side Plan and scale to brokerage accounts for offices with up to 40 agents.
The platform was built and is operated by Kandelaki Solutions, a Central New Jersey company. Three founding businesses hold exclusive directory listings under the platform’s founding terms: Kandelaki Solutions (employee benefits and insurance), Kandelaki Financial Group (financial services), and Positive Reset Manalapan (mental health and family counseling). The eight other directory categories are open to all qualifying vendors on standard terms, with the exclusivities disclosed on the platform’s pricing page.
