Who we are

CityVero LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company that operates an editorial directory and information services platform. We are the data controller for personal information collected through the Platform. Contact: [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you provide directly. When you create an account, register as a homeowner, list a business, request a Business Health Review, request a Financial Review, register as a realtor partner, activate a CityVero Key, refer another business, or contact us, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, household composition, business name, business address, tax identification, professional licensing information, and similar details relevant to the service you’re requesting. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Platform, we collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies. Information from third parties. If you sign up via a realtor partner or a vendor referral, we may receive your contact information from that partner along with the context of how you came to the Platform.

How we use information

We use information to operate the Platform, verify business listings, deliver the services you request, communicate with you, send transactional emails related to your account or submissions, send editorial content (The Edition, Inside Guide) to subscribers, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform.

How we share information

We share information in the following circumstances and no others: With institutional partners, only when you request a service that triggers the share. When you submit a Business Health Review request, your submission is shared with Kandelaki Solutions LLC for the purpose of delivering the review. When you submit a Financial Review request, your submission is shared with Kandelaki Financial Group. The data flow and the common ownership relationship between CityVero LLC and these partners are disclosed at the point of submission. Not shared with Positive Reset Manalapan, ever. CityVero does not transmit any user information to PRM. PRM appears on the Platform as a listed partner; clinical contact is initiated by you, directly with PRM, under PRM’s own privacy practices. Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate the Platform, including web hosting (Hostinger), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, CRM (GoHighLevel), and analytics. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing terms. Legal compliance. We may share information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. Business transfers. If CityVero LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Payment information

Payments on the Platform are processed by Stripe. CityVero does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe’s privacy practices apply to the handling of payment data; see stripe.com/privacy.

Your choices

You can update or correct your account information, unsubscribe from non-transactional emails, request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of certain analytics by adjusting your browser settings. Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, plus a reasonable period for legal compliance, record-keeping, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.

Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

The Platform uses cookies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

State-specific rights

New Jersey residents. New Jersey residents have certain rights under state law regarding personal information, including access and correction rights.
